Plan Management

Are you frustrated with the impersonal service that the big plan management companies are offering? At Balance Home Services, we offer a more personalised service where the person on the end of the phone knows you and understands your NDIS plan. We can come out and see you to answer any questions you have and most invoices are paid within a couple of days of receiving them.

What is a Plan Manager and how can a Plan Manager help you?

  • We can pay your service providers on your behalf as your Financial Intermediary while you maintain full control of your choice of service providers.

  • Unlike some plan managers, Balance can quarantine funds even if you have funding periods for specific providers or supports, helping participants manage their budgets more effectively. You can also choose to approve invoices before they are paid, giving you greater control and transparency.

  • By having a Plan Manager, you are free to choose your own providers. They do not have to be on the approved NDIS service provider list. You have the choice as if you self-manage your own funding, but without the time and stress it may cause having to pay all those bills.

  • Through our app and reporting, you can track payments, view funding by support category, funding period and by provider where funds have been quarantined.

  • Most importantly, Balance provides personalised support. You are not just a number in the system,  Our team works with you to help ensure your NDIS plan is used efficiently to support your goals.
