As a support worker, cleaner or gardener, you’ll play a key role in helping people live with dignity, independence, and confidence. To be eligible to work with our organisation, all applicants need to have the following:

  • NDIS Worker Check

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module

  • Aged Care/Disability/Individual support qualification, minimum Cert III or actively working towards.

  • Experience (through placement/paid/volunteer work)

  • Safe Environments for Children and Young People (through their eyes)

  • Manual handling (Practical Course, not online)

  • Provide First Aid HLTAID011 or higher (Practical Course)

  • First Aid Kit

  • NDIS Infection Control Module

  • Drivers licence and certification of roadworthy car (vehicle safety checklist will be provided)

  • 100 points of ID

  • Domestic cleaners and Gardeners - do not need to hold a qualification however need to demonstrate prior work experience in the field
