How we keep you safe
All support workers hold at least a Certificate III in Individual Support (or a related qualification), plus current first aid and hand hygiene certificates. Where a participant needs it, workers receive extra training for that individual persons needs before they start. Many of our staff are already trained and experienced with many different client needs.
Responsive when it matters
We have pulled together complex rosters within 24 hours to support hospital discharge. With over 320 trained and screened field staff, we can match workers to needs, availablity and preferences.
A dedicated coordinator
Every participant has a dedicated coordinator who meets you in person and builds your support plan together with you. You deal with the same person from the first conversation, and they stay across your care as your needs change.
Matched to you
We choose support workers around you, not just the roster. We look at your care needs, your routines and your preferences, then match you with people who suit you and your household. Once you have a team, we strive to keep things as consistent as possible so you can count on reliablity and familiarity.
